Who we are

This app is operated by Trackside Butcher Shoppe ("we", "us") to manage customer appointment scheduling for animal processing services.

Information we collect

We collect the following information when you use this app:

• Account information: your name, email address, and a password (or, if you sign in through Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Facebook, the basic profile information those services share with us) and, optionally, a profile photo.
• Appointment information: your name, phone number, email, the animals and quantities you're booking, processing type (USDA or Custom), your requested drop-off date, and any notes you provide.
• Usage and support information: messages you send us through the Contact page, and a record of status changes made to your appointments (visible to shop staff only).

We do not collect payment card information through this app — no payments are processed here.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments
• To send you email notifications about your appointment status
• To track weekly processing capacity and keep the shop's schedule accurate
• To contact you about your appointment or a message you sent us

Who can see your information

Your appointment details are visible to you and to Trackside Butcher Shoppe staff who manage the schedule. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use trusted service providers to operate this app (our application hosting platform, our email delivery provider, and, if you choose to sign in that way, the identity provider you selected — Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Facebook) — these providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep your information

We retain appointment records for our normal business and recordkeeping purposes. If you delete your account, we remove your login credentials and stop sending you notifications, but we may retain historical appointment records that are no longer tied to an active account, consistent with standard business recordkeeping practice.

Your choices

• You can review and update your account information anytime in Profile.
• Download your data: from Profile, you can download a copy of everything tied to your account — your appointments and recurring series — as a file, anytime.
• Request data deletion: from Profile, you can request deletion of your appointment history without deleting your account. It's reviewed by our staff and anonymized, since we may need to retain some records for normal business recordkeeping.
• You can delete your account anytime in Profile — this immediately removes your login and stops all notifications to you.
• If you signed in with Apple, deleting your Apple ID or revoking this app's access from your Apple Account settings will also notify us, and we'll process that the same way as an in-app account deletion.

Children's privacy

This app is intended for adults booking animal processing appointments and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
